・經典新詮：經典樂曲創新演繹鼓勵參賽選手突破傳統音樂演繹定式，對古今中外經典樂曲、傳統樂章、經典音樂題材進行二次藝術詮釋，融合自身音樂審美理念與當代潮流視角。可透過曲風改編、旋律重編、配器創新、演繹形式重塑等創作與表演手段，為經典音樂主題賦予全新時代生命力，參賽形式開放個人獨演、團隊聯合展演兩類。

・技藝精進：音樂功底精准呈現重點考核參賽選手音樂基礎功底與舞台演繹技法熟練度，強化節奏把控、音準音色、樂句處理、情感表達與作品主題、內在意境的統一契合。兒童組評審側重基礎音樂素養、節奏音準、基礎舞台表現等核心標準；青少年組深挖演奏/演唱技法層次、細節處理、樂曲理解與情感層次表達，全方位體現參賽者的專業音樂素養與舞台功底。

・多元融合：跨界樂學創意碰撞倡導東方傳統樂學與西方音樂藝術交融碰撞，鼓勵在展演作品中融入國風傳統樂韻、民族樂器特色、異域音樂人文等跨界藝術元素，結合聲樂、器樂、傳統民樂、現代流行樂、綜合編曲等多樣音樂形式創作演繹，塑造獨具個人風格與辨識度的舞台作品，最大化釋放參賽者的音樂創作潛能與舞台張力。

・新聲探索：前沿樂藝大膽嘗試立足傳統音樂底蘊，引導選手探索現代音樂前沿創作與展演形式，可結合數碼音樂編曲、沉浸式舞台演繹、音樂多媒體融合、原創音樂改創等新興表現手法，拓寬音樂創作與舞台展演的邊界與維度，立體展現當代少年兒童前衛的音樂構思、開闊的藝術視野與獨特的音樂態度。
作品要求/Work Requirements
一、創作要求
作品須體現參賽選手個人或團隊的藝術探索與音樂審美表達，由選手獨立排練演繹、原創改編或團隊協作完成。團隊展演作品需清晰標註所有成員分工（演唱、演奏、編曲、舞台呈現等）；如有指導老師參與，須如實填寫指導人資訊及具體指導內容。
所有參賽作品嚴格恪守原創性與合規演繹原則，僅接受純原創音樂作品或合法合規改編、重編演繹作品，嚴禁抄襲、洗稿、盜用樂曲、侵獲版權、套用成品伴奏等違規行為。若為改編、翻奏、翻唱類作品，需詳細標註原作名稱、原作作者、原版樂曲資訊，並清晰闡述個人改編思路、配器調整、曲風重塑、演繹創新與藝術再創作亮點。
二、提交內容
本次賽事適配所有聲樂、器樂、原創音樂、跨界音樂參賽品類，參賽者需完整提交以下三項內容，所有素材需契合所選四大參賽方向，充分展現音樂技藝、創意理念與作品情感：
1. 完整參賽展演影片：舞台演繹畫面完整清晰、音質還原真實、演唱演奏細節完整，無畫面模糊、變形、裁剪缺失、音頻破音雜音等問題，完整呈現個人音樂功底、演繹特色與作品主題情感，高度契合所選參賽方向核心要求。
2. 作品說明文档：內容需包含作品名稱、創作/演繹靈感來源、整體改編或原創思路、樂曲主題詮釋、舞台演繹設計、藝術亮點與創新之處，內容真實貼合展演作品本身，匹配參賽方向定位。
3. 創作演繹過程記錄：可提交樂曲改編草稿、編曲工程截圖、排練過程影片、樂譜手稿、素材參考記錄、舞台設計草圖等材料，真實、直觀還原完整創作與排練演繹歷程，佐證作品原創性與自主演繹性。
三、格式規範
所有參賽素材需嚴格遵守以下格式標準，不符合規範視為無效投稿：
1. 參賽展演成品影片：統一提交MP4高清影片格式，畫面清晰穩定、無水印、無雜色、無拉伸模糊，音頻立體清晰、無失真雜音，文件大小適中、畫質音質完整。
2. 作品說明文檔：支持Word/PDF格式，版面整潔規範、字體清晰可辨，段落層次分明，無錯字、亂碼、格式混亂等問題。
3. 創作演繹過程記錄：過程影片為MP4格式，單段影片時長≤3分鐘，畫面清晰穩定、音質正常；過程圖片、手稿截圖為JPG/PNG格式，解析度≥300dpi，素材真實有效。
四、提交方式
所有參賽素材需通過大賽官方指定通道統一上傳提交。所有參賽文件、壓縮包統一命名格式：參賽組別_姓名_作品名_參賽方向。團隊協作作品需標註全部參賽成員姓名，將所有投稿素材整合壓縮為壓縮包後統一提交。

作品提交：請務必在截止日期前，通過指定網站提交您的參賽作品。提交前，請務必嚴格按照要求，將檔案名稱儲存為「參賽組別_參賽者中或英文全名」，規範的命名能夠幫助我們迅速、準確地對作品進行分類與整理，避免因命名錯誤導致作品無法識別或審核延誤。

獎項及榮譽 Awards
1.全場冠軍：不分組別，佔所有參賽者約2% Overall Champion：~2% of all participants
2.冠軍：佔組別參賽者數約8% Gold Award：~ 8% of participants in each division
3.亞軍：佔組別參賽者數約10% Silver Award：~10% of participants in each division
4.季軍：佔組別參賽者數約12% Bronze Award：~12% of participants in each division.
5.參與獎（未獲以上獎項的參賽者）Participation Award: For those not receiving the above awards.
**最佳教育獎：推薦參賽者達5名或以上,有機會獲得評選資格
Best Education Award: who recommend 5 or more participants will be eligible for the award selection.

Distribution of Custom - made Awards：For the custom - made awards applied for, we will arrange the distribution in an orderly manner within two months after the custom - making deadline. During this period, our staff will go all out to strictly control the production and delivery processes, striving to present the custom - made awards, which carry the honor, to you in the best condition.

Explanation of Freight Payment：All awards and certificates will be shipped with freight collect. This means that when you receive the package, you need to pay the corresponding freight. This arrangement is designed to flexibly meet the needs of participants and ensure the smooth progress of logistics and delivery.

Definition of After - sales Liability：All competition awards complete the delivery process at the moment you sign for or receive them. Unfortunately, if any damage or loss occurs thereafter, the organizer will no longer provide a replacement service. Please be sure to check carefully when receiving and properly keep this precious honor.

Statement of Delivery Liability：If the contact information filled in by the participant is incorrect, such as a wrong receiving address or an unreachable contact number, or if the organizer encounters obstacles during the contact process, resulting in the failure to successfully deliver the package, the organizer will not be held responsible in such cases. When registering for the competition, please carefully verify and ensure the accuracy of your contact information.

請參賽者在提交報名表格前，仔細核對所填寫資料的準確性。表格一旦提交，每更改一個項目，需繳付港幣 30 元的行政費用。

參賽者嚴禁虛報年齡。若發現參賽者的報名資格與其真實年齡及參賽組別不符，主辦單位和評審委員有權取消該參賽者相關項目的參賽資格。

參賽者（包括未成年參賽者的法定監護人及指導老師）需充分明瞭並同意本次比賽的規則和章程。若參賽者違反任何比賽規則，主辦單位和評審委員會有權取消其參賽資格。

參賽作品必須為原創，且不得侵犯任何第三方的權利（包括但不限於知識產權、保密權或私隱權）。

Participants are required to carefully check the accuracy of the information filled in before submitting the registration form. Once the form is submitted, an administrative fee of HKD $30 will be charged for each item modification.

Participants are strictly prohibited from falsely reporting their ages. If it is found that a participant's registration eligibility does not match their actual age and the competition category, the organizer and the judging committee have the right to disqualify the participant from the relevant competition items.

Participants (including the legal guardians and instructors of minor participants) must fully understand and agree to the rules and regulations of this competition. If a participant violates any competition rules, the organizer and the judging committee have the right to disqualify the participant.
