・經典新詮：經典題材創新演繹 鼓勵參賽選手突破傳統繪畫創作定式，對古今中外經典美術作品、傳統國畫題材、經典藝術形象、古典藝術母題進行二次藝術詮釋與畫面創作。參賽者可立足經典作品內核與審美底蘊，融合自身創作審美、成長感悟與當代藝術視角，通過畫風重塑、畫面構圖重組、細節處理創新、意境重構、風格新解等多元創作手法，賦予經典美術題材全新的時代質感與青春活力。賽事支持個人獨創、團體聯合創作兩類參賽形式，充分釋放選手的經典再造能力與視覺藝術創造力。

・技藝精進：繪畫功底精準呈現 重點考核參賽選手的美術專業素養與畫面表現功底，全方位考察造型技法、構圖把控、色彩明暗處理、畫面層次、情感表達與作品主題、意境氛圍的統一契合度。兒童組評審側重基礎造型運用、畫作完成度、色彩與線條穩定度、基礎畫面處理與童真藝術表達等核心標準，夯實美術創作基礎能力；青少年組深挖畫面結構把控、創作立意深度、技法靈活運用、明暗韻律把控、情感層次與藝術內核表達，全方位展現參賽選手的專業美術素養、創作功底與藝術思辨能力。

・多元融合：跨界美思創意碰撞 倡導東方傳統美術文脈與西方視覺藝術交融碰撞，鼓勵參賽作品融入國風傳統水墨、傳統筆墨韻味、民族人文風情、異域美術特色等跨界藝術元素。支持結合古典、浪漫、現代、國風、綜合材料、沉浸式視覺構思等多樣創作形式進行畫面呈現，打破畫風與藝術邊界，塑造獨具個人創作風格與視覺辨識度的原創作品，最大化釋放參賽選手的美術創作潛能、藝術思維廣度與畫面表現力。

・新聲探索：前沿美創大膽嘗試 立足經典美術藝術底蘊，引導選手探索現代視覺創作前沿思路與新型藝術表達形式。鼓勵結合新時代藝術熱點、正能量視覺文化、沉浸式畫面構思、多媒介材料運用、原創題材改編、創意視角詮釋等新興創作手法，拓寬視覺藝術創作的邊界與維度，擺脫固化繪畫模板。立體展現當代少年兒童前衛的美術構思、開闊的藝術視野、獨立的藝術思維與鮮明的創作態度。
作品要求/Work Requirements
一、創作要求
參賽作品須體現參賽選手個人或團隊的繪畫創作探索與視覺審美表達，由選手獨立創作、改編重構或團隊協作繪製完成。團隊聯合創作類作品需清晰標註所有成員分工（主題構思、畫面改編、元素排布、草稿打磨、畫面設計、細節優化等）；如有指導老師參與，須如實填寫指導人資訊及具體指導內容。
所有參賽作品嚴格恪守原創性與合規創作原則，僅接受選手自主繪製、合法合規改編、重新構圖、二次藝術創作的繪畫作品，嚴禁抄襲畫作、照搬成品、盜用他人構圖版本、侵權改編、套用標準化成品模板等違規行為。若為經典作品改編、畫風重構、畫面新編類作品，需詳細標註原作名稱、原作作者、原版作品資訊，並清晰闡述個人創作思路、風格調整、立意升級、畫風重塑、構圖創新與美術再創亮點。
二、提交內容
本次賽事适配古典、國風題材、現代創作、跨界綜合媒材、原創主題獨創、多人聯合繪畫等所有繪畫參賽品類，參賽者需完整提交以下三項內容，所有素材需契合大賽四大參賽方向，充分展現繪畫功底、

創意理念與作品情感內核： 完整參賽作品圖檔：畫作內容完整、畫面結構完整，無局部截取、片段裁切、斷章呈現等問題，完整呈現個人創作功底、藝術風格與作品主題意境，高度契合所選參賽方向核心要求。

作品說明文檔：內容需包含作品名稱、創作靈感來源、整體原創或改編構圖思路、作品主題詮釋、畫面結構設計、創作亮點與藝術創新之處，內容真實貼合參賽作品本身，精準匹配參賽方向定位。

創作過程記錄：可提交繪畫提綱、構圖手稿、畫作打磨修改記錄、日常繪製片段、草稿草圖、畫面設計草圖、參考素材記錄等材料，真實、直觀還原完整的構思、繪製、打磨與創作籌備歷程，佐證作品原創改編性與自主創作性。
三、格式規範
所有參賽素材需嚴格遵守以下格式標準，不符合規範視為無效投稿：

作品相關說明文檔：統一提交 Word/PDF 格式，版面整潔規範、字體清晰統一、段落行距整齊，無錯字、別字、病句、亂碼、格式混亂、空白冗餘等問題，全文排版美觀得體、層次分明、邏輯清晰。 畫作成品及過程記錄素材：作品成品圖、過程記錄圖統一為 JPG/PNG 格式，單張圖檔大小符合對應組別要求；畫面清晰穩定、色彩還原真實；過程手稿、截圖素材解析度≥300dpi，素材真實有效、畫面清晰可辨。
四、提交方式
所有參賽素材需通過大賽官方指定通道統一上傳提交。所有參賽文件、壓縮包統一命名格式：參賽組別_姓名_作品名_參賽方向。團隊參賽作品需標註全部參賽成員姓名，將所有投稿素材整合壓縮為壓縮包後統一提交。

作品提交：請務必在截止日期前，通過指定網站提交您的參賽作品。提交前，請務必嚴格按照要求，將檔案名稱儲存為「參賽組別_參賽者中或英文全名」，規範的命名能夠幫助我們迅速、準確地對作品進行分類與整理，避免因命名錯誤導致作品無法識別或審核延誤。

獎項及榮譽 Awards
1.全場冠軍：不分組別，佔所有參賽者約2% Overall Champion：~2% of all participants
2.冠軍：佔組別參賽者數約8% Gold Award：~ 8% of participants in each division
3.亞軍：佔組別參賽者數約10% Silver Award：~10% of participants in each division
4.季軍：佔組別參賽者數約12% Bronze Award：~12% of participants in each division.
5.參與獎（未獲以上獎項的參賽者）Participation Award: For those not receiving the above awards.
**最佳教育獎：推薦參賽者達5名或以上,有機會獲得評選資格
Best Education Award: who recommend 5 or more participants will be eligible for the award selection.

Distribution of Custom - made Awards：For the custom - made awards applied for, we will arrange the distribution in an orderly manner within two months after the custom - making deadline. During this period, our staff will go all out to strictly control the production and delivery processes, striving to present the custom - made awards, which carry the honor, to you in the best condition.

Explanation of Freight Payment：All awards and certificates will be shipped with freight collect. This means that when you receive the package, you need to pay the corresponding freight. This arrangement is designed to flexibly meet the needs of participants and ensure the smooth progress of logistics and delivery.

Definition of After - sales Liability：All competition awards complete the delivery process at the moment you sign for or receive them. Unfortunately, if any damage or loss occurs thereafter, the organizer will no longer provide a replacement service. Please be sure to check carefully when receiving and properly keep this precious honor.

Statement of Delivery Liability：If the contact information filled in by the participant is incorrect, such as a wrong receiving address or an unreachable contact number, or if the organizer encounters obstacles during the contact process, resulting in the failure to successfully deliver the package, the organizer will not be held responsible in such cases. When registering for the competition, please carefully verify and ensure the accuracy of your contact information.

請參賽者在提交報名表格前，仔細核對所填寫資料的準確性。表格一旦提交，每更改一個項目，需繳付港幣 30 元的行政費用。

參賽者嚴禁虛報年齡。若發現參賽者的報名資格與其真實年齡及參賽組別不符，主辦單位和評審委員有權取消該參賽者相關項目的參賽資格。

參賽者（包括未成年參賽者的法定監護人及指導老師）需充分明瞭並同意本次比賽的規則和章程。若參賽者違反任何比賽規則，主辦單位和評審委員會有權取消其參賽資格。

參賽作品必須為原創，且不得侵犯任何第三方的權利（包括但不限於知識產權、保密權或私隱權）。

Participants are required to carefully check the accuracy of the information filled in before submitting the registration form. Once the form is submitted, an administrative fee of HKD $30 will be charged for each item modification.

Participants are strictly prohibited from falsely reporting their ages. If it is found that a participant's registration eligibility does not match their actual age and the competition category, the organizer and the judging committee have the right to disqualify the participant from the relevant competition items.

Participants (including the legal guardians and instructors of minor participants) must fully understand and agree to the rules and regulations of this competition. If a participant violates any competition rules, the organizer and the judging committee have the right to disqualify the participant.

Competition entries must be original and must not infringe on the rights of any third party (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, confidentiality rights, or privacy rights)
